Most JROD models also include spring trip mechanisms on the wings. All JROD snow plows are also equipped with a hydraulic safety system for angling and the wings.

A JROD snow plow requires a hydraulic flow of approximately 12 to 20 GPM and a hydraulic pressure of approximately 3,000 psi to operate properly. These requirements may vary depending on the loader model, the machine’s hydraulic system, and the snow plow configuration.
