SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK JOB

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de la gestion des flux de marchandises entrant et sortant de l'entreprise. Vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique, reconnue pour son efficacité et son souci du détail.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Receiving Goods: Receive and verify goods upon arrival, ensuring they comply with purchase orders and invoices.
• Preparing Shipments: Prepare packages for shipment, including packing, labelling, and necessary documentation.
• Handling: Use handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move goods safely.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to ensure shipping and receiving needs are met.
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Apply Health and Safety regulations and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Related Tasks: Perform all other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Level of education: Completed high school (DES)

Years of Experience Related to the Job: 7 to 11 months of experience in shipping and receiving or a similar field.

• Ability to lift heavy loads and work standing for long periods.
• Good physical condition.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
